Gerard Willsher is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in international law and commercial operations. Currently serving as VP & Deputy General Counsel for Global Ecommerce & EMEA & APAC at Pitney Bowes since March 2001, Gerard leads the International Legal team and provides legal support for operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to this role, Gerard was Legal Counsel at Texaco from 1996 to 2001, where responsibilities included handling commercial contracts and franchise operations. Gerard’s career began at Lovells, where work as a trainee and assistant solicitor in the Shipping, Insurance, and International Trade team spanned from 1989 to 1996. Gerard holds a Law degree from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 1985 and 1988, and completed secondary education at Chelmer Valley High School.
