Mike Kwon serves as International Legal Counsel at 3i Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Kwon worked as Inhouse Counsel at KT&G for nearly twelve years, where responsibilities included drafting international contracts that saved the company $1.8 million in legal fees annually and automating contract management processes. Kwon's prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at Merck, Corporate Counsel at MagnaChip Semiconductor, Associate Attorney at Law Offices of Kim & Cha, LLP., and Assistant Attorney at OJU Corporation. Kwon holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from Yonsei University.
