Daniel Glaz is an accomplished leader in industrial engineering and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Industrial Engineering and Vice President of Operational Excellence at Pitney Bowes since August 2021. In this role, Daniel has successfully spearheaded an Operational Excellence organization, focusing on methods adherence, standardization of operations, quality assurance, and change management within the global eCommerce network. Prior to Pitney Bowes, Daniel held various leadership positions at West Monroe, where a strong emphasis was placed on transformational programs and the application of lean principles across diverse industries. Daniel's expertise encompasses labor management transformation for a multinational grocer and capital expenditure initiatives for utility clients, underscored by experience at UPS in optimizing the domestic small parcel ground network. Daniel holds a BA in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
