Manisha Tamboli began their work experience in 2021 as an Apprentice at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where they worked in the MCSRDC under the Electrical department as an electrical design trainee. Manisha had various responsibilities such as updating electrical drawings, creating schedules and checklists for quality checks, maintaining ATP, creating test plans for software testing, and conducting automation software testing. Manisha also gained experience in making schematic diagrams using Rhapsody. Currently, they are working in the Quality Assurance department of the helicopter division as an ELE-QA-TRAINEE, where their responsibilities include inspecting looms and panels and maintaining related documents and ATP.
