Carlin Tran has had a varied and successful career in the food industry. Starting in 2010, Tran held the role of Operations Manager at Silent Auction Services. In 2013, Tran was promoted to General Manager at Houston Events Co. and then in 2014, Tran was appointed Production Manager at Renaissance Food Group. In 2016, Tran moved to Revolution Foods where they progressed from Production Manager to Quality Manager. In 2017, Tran was promoted to President of Operations and Regulatory Affairs (Plant Manager / Director of Operations) at Popkoff's and then in 2020, Tran was appointed Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Pitaya Foods.
