Mike Kowalczyk has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at T3 Fitness. Mike then worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Bristol County Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation LLC in 2011. In 2013, they became an Education Mentor at FabNewport, coaching, mentoring, and creating with 2d/ 3d design, digital fabrication, and electronics. In 2014, they became East Coast Director of Operations / Development and Technology at Coaster Cycles. In 2016, they Co-Founded Grow Earthly. Finally, in 2017, they became a Senior Research Engineer at Pison.

Mike Kowalczyk attended the University of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Exercise Physiology.
