Cynthia Muriuki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cynthia is currently working as the Co-Founder and Operations Manager at Cynar Kenya Company Ltd, where they focus on developing an SME Startup Toolkit Series and organizing leadership and management training programs. Cynthia has also created capacity building and cross-cultural training programs for contemporary public administration and policies.

In 2021, Cynthia worked as a Sales Consultant at Pipeliner CRM, where they played a role in sales operations.

Prior to that, they served as a Regional Manager at Radio Africa Group, where they promoted and managed company brands and handled office administration. Cynthia also worked as a Sales Manager at Radio Jambo, where they significantly increased the sales of the Kiswahili radio station. Cynthia started their career at Radio Africa Group as a Sales Executive at Kiss 100 FM, where they consistently surpassed the sales targets.

Before joining Radio Africa Group, Cynthia worked as a Sales Executive at Nation Media Group. During their time there, they collaborated with sales executives from Nation newspaper to acquire client leads and engage in cross-selling. Cynthia achieved notable successes, such as securing a program sponsorship from Redbull Energy Drink and managing the Nakumatt Christmas and shopping campaigns.

Early in their career, Cynthia worked at Total as an Accounts Payable Assistant.

Cynthia Muriuki attended United States International University - Africa from 1995 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business Administration, with a minor in Finance. In 2004, they also obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Later, in 2008, they furthered their education at CIM and completed a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
