Michael McFadden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career as an Avionics Technician Third Class in the US Navy, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills while overseeing 60 sailors. Michael excelled in troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing communication components in F-18 aircraft.

After their military service, Michael joined Barnes & Noble College as a Shift Supervisor and Social Media Manager. Michael trained and supervised a team of 20 booksellers and played a crucial role in daily store operations. Additionally, they managed the bookstore's social media accounts and contributed significantly to the growth of the follower base on Twitter.

Moving on, Michael interned at Kearney & Company as a Senior Data Analyst and later a Data Analyst. Michael successfully utilized Agile/Scrum methodology to execute development builds and created impactful visualizations, including COVID-19 visualizations in Tableau and ARCGIS, and contract analysis dashboards in PowerBI.

Following their internships, Michael worked as a Data Analyst Associate at KPMG US, where they leveraged their analytical skills to deliver valuable insights.

Most recently, they have returned to Kearney & Company as a Senior Analyst, where they continue to contribute their expertise in data analysis and management.

Michael McFadden completed their education at the University of the District of Columbia from 2018 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS). Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Northern Virginia Community College where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau in March 2022 and Alteryx Designer Core Certification from Alteryx in March 2022.
