Giulia Heidi Bortoleto started their work experience as a Data Quality Trainee at ExxonMobil in January 2017. Giulia Heidi remained in this role until December 2018. In January 2019, they transitioned to the position of Robotic Process Automation Consultant at the same company. In this role, they assisted with RPA development, ensured platform stability, developed Tableau dashboards, and gave presentations on Cognitive Services and RPA to international clients. Additionally, they developed web apps on Azure to showcase cognitive services features. In January 2021, they took on the role of Immersive Tech Consultant and Kanban Facilitator at ExxonMobil until May 2021.

In February 2013, prior to joining ExxonMobil, Giulia Heidi Bortoleto worked as a Foreign Language Teacher at Wizardvip Curitiba for a brief period.
