Felipe Alves has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and analytics. Felipe started their career as an IT Support Intern at IBGE, where they gained valuable knowledge in infrastructure and development. Felipe worked at IBGE for 2 years. After that, they interned as an IT Support Intern at Lantele and later joined City Connect as a Computer Technician. Felipe worked at City Connect for 9 months. Felipe then worked as a Computer Technician at MRinfo Tecnologia da Informação Ltda for 6 months before joining BIZ IT as a Support Analyst Jr on a temporary basis. Felipe worked at BIZ IT for 2 months. Currently, Felipe is working at Pipefy as an Enterprise Support Analytics, starting in November 2020.

Felipe Alves has a diverse education history, with a focus on technology and software engineering. Felipe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Mercúrio, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2016 and 2017, Felipe attended Senac RJ and obtained a degree in Computer Network Technician, specializing in Information Technology.
