Allison Kneller currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pioneer Metal Finishing, where responsibilities include recruiting and hiring for hourly roles, coordinating new employee orientation and training, and managing electronic employee files in Kronos. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Recruiter/Team Lead at Shutterfly, leading recruiting efforts and mentoring interns, and held a position as a Human Resources Intern at Nestlé Health Science, focusing on staffing and onboarding support. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and also studied at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici in 2020.
