Rekha Singh is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior District Manager at Community Bank, N.A. since September 2023, Rekha has also held the position of Senior Business Development Officer and Branch Manager at Pioneer Bank â„  since December 2016. Previous roles include Vice President and Branch Manager at First Niagara Bank from June 2015 to November 2016, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Berkshire Bank from March 2012 to June 2015, and Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at First Niagara Bank from April 2001 to March 2012.
