Rizki Eka Putra has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rizki started their career with PT. Central Santosa Finance in 2011, where they participated in their Management Development Program to enhance their skills and prepare for the professional world. Rizki then took on various roles within the company, including Credit Marketing Head, Credit Analyst Head, and Branch Manager. Rizki also participated in their Branch Manager Development Program as a Management Trainee. In 2018, Rizki joined The Sak as a Senior Sales and Financial Analyst before being promoted to Production Support Manager. Currently, they are working as the Head of Operations at Pintar Ventura Group, a position they started in 2022.

Rizki Eka Putra completed an Associate's degree in Accounting from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from STIMA IMMI in 2010. Rizki also obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Administrasi dan Manajemen Bisnis from the same institution in 2011. Rizki Eka Putra has additional certifications in various areas, including leadership, communication skills, managerial skills, and finance. Rizki obtained these certifications from institutions such as BCA Learning Service, VALUA Training & Consulting, First Magister, and PT. Sertifikasi Profesi Pembiayaan Indonesia. The certifications were obtained between 2016 and 2017.
