Iroro Alexandra Pemu has been working in the finance and administrative fields since 2019. Iroro Alexandra began their career as an Administrative Assistant at KevinStance Global Resources Ltd, then took on the role of Administrative Officer at the same company. In 2019, they also took on an Intern role at HNG Internship and a Doctor's Assistant (NYSC) role at Federal Medical Centre Abeokuta. In 2021, they joined Piggyvest as a Customer Finance Intern, and later became a Customer Finance Associate.

Iroro Alexandra Pemu graduated from the University of Benin in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
