Thomas Cowan, PE, currently serves as a Project Manager and Senior Structural Designer at Pierce Engineers, Inc., a position held since January 2013. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Senior Structural Designer at Structural Dimension, Inc. from July 2004 to December 2012, and worked as a Project Engineer at Ambrose Engineering from June 2002 to June 2004.
