Michael Haversen is an experienced project and category manager with extensive expertise in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at GRUNDFOS since February 2012, Michael has held various roles including Senior Supplier Account Manager and Senior Category Manager, overseeing complex global categories and ensuring efficient supply chain operations across multiple regions. Prior to GRUNDFOS, Michael held senior management positions at kk-electronic a/s and Bang & Olufsen, where responsibilities included developing sourcing processes and managing large-scale projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Dantherm Air Handling A/S, Unimerco A/S, Carl F. Tool A/S, and Homag Danmark A/S, where Michael cultivated a solid foundation in purchasing and project management.
