Philippe Caudwell has extensive work experience in various roles across multiple companies. Philippe is currently the Director of Service Operations at Pico since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Technology at Navirum from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of IT Projects / Digital Infrastructure Manager at Université de l'Ontario français, where they laid the digital foundation for the university from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2019, Caudwell worked at SGX as an Enterprise Architect - Market Specialist, where they developed and implemented cloud architecture and governance. From 2008 to 2016, they held various roles at SunGard Financial Systems, including Director of Managed Services APAC, Director of IT Operations and Delivery APAC, and Chief Technology Officer, South East Asia.
