Brooke Pickering currently serves as a Strategy and Operations Analyst at Enova International, following a previous role as a Strategy and Operations Intern at the same company. During the internship, Brooke contributed by automating email responses and reorganizing team operation files to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires. Prior to this, Brooke interned at Rantizo, conducting market research and leading competitor price comparisons to support investment efforts. Early work experience includes positions as a nanny and babysitter, where Brooke was responsible for the care and entertainment of children. Brooke holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Iowa, earned between 2018 and 2022.
