Tim Fougnie is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at PIADA ITALIAN STREET FOOD since March 2022, Tim previously held the same title at The Hickory Tavern from October 2018 to March 2022. Tim's career in operations management began at Food First Global Restaurants, where a tenure from April 2004 to September 2018 culminated in the role of Director of Operations.
