Felecyl Joy Cruzada is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and admissions. Currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Physique 57 since July 2018, Felecyl brings expertise in high-volume processing, data analysis, and customer service. Previously, Felecyl worked as an Admissions Officer at the Education Centre of Australia from September 2014 to February 2018, where responsibilities included processing international student applications and providing administrative support. Felecyl also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Officer Intern at Iloilo Doctors' Hospital, where tasks encompassed applicant screening and performance evaluation. Felecyl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology-Management from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2014.
