Fernanda Barbugiani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Fernanda began their career as an Institutional Relations Intern at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they monitored press stories, coordinated donation efforts for NGOs, and participated in strategic meetings. Fernanda then transitioned to Groupon, initially working as a Customer Relations Assistant, where they improved workflow and customer experience by updating FAQs and rewriting automatic answers. Fernanda later moved to the Post-Sales department, focusing on B2B support and content creation. In their next role at Quincus, they served as a Marketing Specialist, developing branding and online strategies, leading sales and account management efforts, and coordinating customer support and partnerships. At Xerpa, they worked as a Customer Success Analyst, handling client onboarding, training, and support, while collaborating with various teams. More recently, Fernanda joined Terra Breads, Inc. as a Barista and eventually became a Cafe Supervisor. Fernanda Barbugiani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Faculdade Cásper LÃbero, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
