Jessica Zaiger possesses extensive experience in care coordination and management within the behavioral health and human services sectors. Currently, Jessica serves as the Manager of Care Coordination at Physician Health Partners since June 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Sr. Manager at AspenPointe from April 2010 to June 2019, and Home-Based Services Program Manager at Griffith Centers for Children from October 2003 to April 2010. Earlier in Jessica's career, roles included Home-Based and YOS Worker at Savio House between 2001 and 2003. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University (1997-2001).
