Brian Reis has extensive work experience in the field of operations and human resources. Brian began their career at Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan in 2015 as the Director of Operations, where they successfully restructured inventory control measures and improved food product distribution. In 2017, they joined PICS Inventory as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they directed the personnel functions for a multi-state organization and spearheaded strategic human resource planning.
Brian Reis has completed professional education in the field of Professional Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, they have acquired military and strategic leadership skills through their enrollment at the United States Marine Corps SNCO Academy.
