Jacob Neff is an experienced engineer currently employed at Photronics since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jacob served as Lead Chemist at Capstone Nutrition from February 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing chemists and lab technicians and facilitating communication across departments regarding testing processes. Jacob has a strong background in method development and validation, particularly with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis, and ICP-MS. Earlier experiences include positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah, where research focused on plasmonic materials, and instructional roles in physics and chemistry at Nampa Christian Schools and Northwest Nazarene University, respectively. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Physics from Northwest Nazarene University.
