Karin Appeldoorn has extensive experience in project and office management, currently serving as the Manager of the PhotonDelta Office and Project Management Officer at PhotonDelta since November 2016, where collaboration among various stakeholders has contributed to the growth of the photonic ecosystem in Southern Netherlands. Prior roles include Project Leader at Eindhoven University of Technology and Office Manager at the Photonic Integration Technology Centre. Karin's earlier career at Rabobank spanned nearly two decades, during which responsibilities included managing bank-wide projects, implementing CRM strategies, leading teams of financial advisors, and advising on communication strategies. Karin holds a BC degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has pursued further studies at the Interieuracademie.
