Tatiana Lehocka, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Senior HR Manager for the Global Center of Excellence at Johnson Controls, overseeing benefits, payroll, time and attendance, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the EMEA region and leading global projects. Previously, Tatiana led HR operations in Slovakia and Slovenia for CORWIN, where significant HR strategies, including employee engagement surveys and performance management processes, were implemented. Experience also includes leadership roles at ING Hubs Slovakia, where Tatiana facilitated recruitment and HR process implementation during rapid organizational growth, and at Fona Dental and Johnson Controls Automotive, where foundational HR processes were established and enhanced. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the City University of Seattle.
