Mindaugas Alasauskis is an experienced application engineer currently working at PHOENIX group since March 2022, following a tenure as a senior specialist at HCL Technologies from April 2019 to February 2022, where expertise included providing second-line desktop support for enterprise IT services and troubleshooting various applications and environments like Citrix and VMware. Prior experience includes serving as a remote desktop support engineer at Barclays from January 2014 to April 2019, managing software errors, deployment issues, and collaborating with teams to streamline workflows, in addition to freelancing as an IT consultant from February 2011 to June 2013. Mindaugas began a professional career as a junior specialist-engineer at Lithuania Rail in 2007 after obtaining a Bachelor of Informatics from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Athlone Institute of Technologies.
