Martin Plimmer has a diverse work experience in various roles related to client technology services, operations management, and telecommunications. Martin currently works as the Head of Client Technology Services at PHMG and has previously held roles such as Head of CX Development & Implementation and Senior Field Services Manager. Martin has also worked at Noble Systems as an Enterprise Support Manager, Communicate Better Group as an Operations Manager, and Alternative Networks as an Enterprise Client Services Manager. In terms of telecommunications, Martin has expertise in traditional PBX systems, IP, and cloud solutions, with experience working on multiple platforms such as Panasonic, Siemens, Toshiba, Samsung, LG UCP, and Gamma Horizon. Overall, Martin has a strong background in client services, operations, and telecommunications.
Martin Plimmer attended Cricklade College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied BTeC Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Quantock School from 1987 to 1990, and Marsh Court from 1984 to 1987. In addition to their education, Martin obtained various certifications in telecommunications systems maintenance and installation from institutions such as NEC Unified Solutions, Mitel, Gamma, LG Telecom, Panasonic Communications, and Toshiba Telecommunication Systems Division.
