Sophie Baugnet is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT support and project management across various sectors. Currently at Phinest, Sophie leads IT initiatives for UCB's Global Legal Affairs, focusing on the implementation of CRM modules and enhancements of analytics tools. Previous roles include project management for expenses and travel management tools at Entso-e and business analysis on GDPR compliance at BNP Paribas Fortis. Sophie's earlier experience includes consultancy on project portfolio management at Taleo Consulting and functional analysis for Microsoft Dynamics AX at Prodware Belgium. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Université de Namur, supplemented by studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
