Russell Ragsdale's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked at Argus Contracting, Inc. as a Project Manager/Estimator. In this role, they were responsible for executing project estimates for hazardous materials abatement at commercial and industrial locations. Russell also managed and coordinated abatement projects, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, corresponding with regulatory agencies, and scheduling hazardous waste transportation and disposal.

From 2006 to 2014, Russell worked at Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. as a Senior Field Representative. Russell'sduties included being the Senior Field Representative for the Energies Team primarily at the ExxonMobil Refinery in Torrance, California. Russell also provided project coordination for various programs, conducted asbestos and lead survey reports, wrote SCAQMD emergency letters, estimated projects, and performed various types of sampling and air monitoring.

Russell Ragsdale, CSP, CAC, CDPH, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued Business Management studies from 1998 to 2000 at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
