Steve McAvoy has a solid work experience in the finance and accounting field. Steve started their career at RSM US LLP as a finance professional and worked there from March 2011 to June 2016. Then, they joined Pine Hill Group as a Billing Coordinator and worked there from November 2017 to October 2020. Following that, they worked at BELFOR Property Restoration as a Billing Review from October 2020 to August 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Accounting at Philmont Country Club since July 2021.

Steve McAvoy attended the Lansdale School of Business from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
