Nick Bachmatiuk serves as the Corporate Development Manager at Phenna Group, a global provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nick was a Manager in the EY Transaction Diligence team from February 2021 to May 2023, focusing on financial due diligence for M&A and capital markets transactions. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant and Senior Accountant at KPMG Australia from April 2018 to February 2021, where financial statement audits and assurance engagements were delivered across various industries. Earlier experience includes vacation positions at PwC Australia, Deloitte, and EY. Nick's educational background includes completing the CA Program through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2018 to 2020 and studying at the University of Adelaide from 2015 to 2017.
