Claudine Jackson is a highly experienced labor and employment lawyer, serving as a Partner at Phelps Dunbar LLP since March 2018. Jackson is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to this role, Jackson was a Shareholder and Attorney at Brackett & Ellis, P.C. from May 1999 to March 2018, focusing on trial law and labor and employment law. Additionally, Jackson served as Senior Legal Counsel at Bell Helicopter from April 2001 to February 2002, where responsibilities included labor and employment law and litigation management. Jackson earned a Juris Doctor in Civil Litigation from Baylor University School of Law (1993-1995) and completed a Bachelor’s degree at Baylor University (1990-1993).
