Ryan McDaniel has a total work experience of 5 years. Ryan started as a Co-Op Engineer at Valspar in January 2016 and worked until August 2017. In July 2018, they joined SKC Inc. as a Process and Quality Engineer. In this role, they focused on process improvements and quality control for PET Film production lines, working closely with over 30 customers to develop new products and investigate and address root causes of issues. Their role at SKC Inc. ended in February 2020. Currently, since September 2020, Ryan is working as a Process Engineer at Phase Change Energy Solutions, Inc.

Ryan McDaniel attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
