Fernie Penning-van Beest has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Health with a specialization in Epidemiology from Wageningen University & Research. Fernie worked as a Researcher at Wageningen UR, a PhD Fellow in Pharmaco-epidemiology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and currently holds the position of Senior Research Quality Manager and Epidemiologist at PHARMO Institute for Drug Outcomes Research.
