Milena Jordanova Olsen is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Pharmacosmos since September 2018. Prior to this role, Milena held the position of Group Senior Legal Counsel at Hempel A/S for over six years, focusing on commercial law and corporate matters. Earlier career experiences include senior legal roles at NORDIA Advokatfirma, Elvang & Partnere, and Delacour Lawfirm, with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and real estate transactions. Milena co-founded netvokat.dk, Denmark's first legal web platform, which won the Danish e-commerce award in 2000. Milena began legal training at Bech-Bruun, specializing in maritime and transport law. Milena holds a law degree from Københavns Universitet and studied at KU Leuven.
