Jordan Finfer is an accomplished attorney with over fourteen years of experience, currently serving as an attorney at Patzik Frank and Samotny Ltd. since August 2018, where legal expertise is provided to entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and executives at privately held companies on matters including commercial disputes, employment issues, and corporate governance as outside general counsel. Additionally, since October 2014, Jordan has been a mentor at 1871, offering legal counsel in business formation, data privacy, social media compliance, dispute resolution, and employment law.
