Francesca Steri is an experienced professional in the fields of user experience and innovation, currently serving as the Lider total experience TX at ADL Digital Lab since April 2018, where roles have included Líder ADLx and Design Director. Previous positions include UX Designer at Globant and various UX Consultant roles at Usaria, 8Manos, and Assist SpA, focusing on information architecture, usability testing, and user research. Francesca has also contributed to academia as a professor at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Francesca holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management of Technological Innovation from Universidad de Los Andes and a degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Sassari.
