Michael Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2007, they worked as a Wireless Sales Expert at Wireless Advocates until 2009. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Lead Sales Representative at Sprint. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they worked at Walmart as a Back End Manager, managing a pilot program for priority stocking during peak hours. From 2012 to 2022, they rejoined Wireless Advocates as a Kiosk Manager, where they led a team of sales experts and was responsible for various tasks such as staffing, training, coaching, and reporting. In 2022, they transitioned to PFL.com, starting as a Business Development Representative and then moving on to become a Customer Success Manager.
Michael Williams attended Old Dominion University from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Communication, General. Michael obtained the ABM Certification: Advanced from Demandbase in August 2022 and the ABM Certification: Foundations in July 2022.
