Rajendra Kadam is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman since July 2012, Rajendra provides leadership and oversight throughout all project phases, including Concept Selection, FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement Assistance, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-ups. Prior to this role, Rajendra held a similar position at Mott MacDonald and Company LLC from September 2007 to July 2012, where responsibilities included client requirement analysis and project schedule monitoring. Earlier career experiences include Deputy Project Manager positions at Chemtex Global Engineers India Private Limited and Pipecon Consultants India Private Limited, both of which involved leadership across various project phases. Rajendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from TKIET Warnanagar, India.
