Zaheer Ahmed Mirza is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Oil & Gas Development Company since December 2010, overseeing Nashpa and Mela projects with responsibilities that include developing pre-qualification questionnaires for contractors and reviewing contract conditions for packaged equipment. Prior to this role, Zaheer operated as an Independent Consultant for LPG Consultancy in Birmingham and held various positions in project and contract management at multiple companies including Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. and Qatar Petrochemical Company. With a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Centre for Advanced Studies in Engineering and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University College of Engineering & Technology, Zaheer has extensive expertise in supervising engineering, procurement, and construction activities in the oil and gas sector.
