Rita Ryan is an experienced media professional and account executive with a diverse background in broadcasting, marketing, and business ownership. Currently serving as the On Air Host of LocalMotion at 91.3 WVKR since July 2015, Rita highlights music and musicians in the Hudson Valley region. As an Account Executive at Petro Home Services since September 2016, Rita focuses on customer acquisition in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. Previously, Rita held the positions of Marketing Manager and Saturday Afternoon On Air Host at 98.1 WKZE from August 2010 to September 2016, concentrating on advertising client acquisition. Rita also owned Rita's Neater Maids from July 2007 to October 2010, specializing in professional, eco-friendly home cleaning services. Early career experience includes working as an International Sales Coordinator at Zumtobel Lighting from July 1995 to October 2000, where Rita collaborated with representatives and the company's headquarters in Austria.
