Brenda Boyd has extensive experience in customer support and collections, currently serving as an ECommerce Customer Support representative at Petra Industries since September 2015. Prior to this role, Brenda worked as a Field Collector at YP from 2012 to 2015, and at AT&T Advertising from August 2004 to May 2012. Throughout these positions, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills were demonstrated while handling past due accounts. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from East Central University.
