Noel is a Registered Nurse (RN) with more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience in Canada and abroad. Since joining Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) in 2008, he has taken on progressive leadership roles within the organization. In 2019, he moved into the role of Director, Emergency, Critical Care, Patient Flow & Emergency Preparedness, and in April 2021, he was appointed to Associate Vice President, which includes senior leadership of the hospital’s Collaborative Practice and Ethics programs. Noel continues to lead the Emergency, Critical Care, Patient Flow & Emergency Preparedness programs.
In addition to his clinical training, Noel earned a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing degree (BHScN) in 2008 and completed a Master’s degree in Health Management in 2017. Noel has a passion for strategic planning and a strong track record with quality improvement in healthcare. He has completed the Canadian College of Health Leaders Program and holds the Canadian Health Executive (CHE) designation.
