Matthew White is an experienced Research Assistant with a background in oncology and neuromuscular research. Currently at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Matthew is involved in studies utilizing whole genomic sequencing to address Cancer of Unknown Primary. Previous roles include supporting COVID-19 screening and patient safety at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Murdoch Children's Research Institute, alongside mentoring postgraduate students at RMIT University in various subjects such as data analytics and quantitative methods. Matthew holds a Master of Analytics and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from RMIT University, with a solid foundation in data wrangling and statistical analysis demonstrated through internships at Murdoch Children's Research Institute and The Florey Institute.
