Kien Ngo, PMP, SMC, currently serves as Global Operations Manager for Petco, where significant contributions include developing an end-to-end Stage-Gate process for the Owned Brand Product Development Life Cycle and leading an international team to address delivery challenges in the Product Lifecycle Management System.
