Steven Semancik is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business system analysis and programming. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at KalTire since April 2017, Steven focuses on eCommerce support within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem and provides support for commercial sales on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. Since 2016, Steven has also worked as a Business Analyst and Programmer Analyst, streamlining business processes through technology. Previously, at Lehigh Hanson from 2004 to 2015, Steven achieved significant cost savings and efficiency improvements in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment. Earlier experience includes working as a Programmer Analyst at Infocus.Commerce Solutions Inc., specializing in Microsoft Great Plains implementation. Steven holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and a Diploma in Computer Information Systems, both from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
