Valerie Pracca is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law specializing in the mining and oil & gas sectors in Africa. Currently serving as the Legal Director at Peschaud International since June 2022, Valerie previously held roles including Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Counsel at Perenco from April 2014 to January 2022, and Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from March 2012 to April 2014. Valerie's career began at Clifford Chance as a Lawyer from October 2004 to December 2008, with subsequent positions at CIC Energy and Fasken Martineau. Valerie holds multiple degrees in law, including an Avocat degree from EFB - Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de Paris and a DESS in International Commercial Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
