Marjorie Rossell Ortega has a diverse work experience in ethics and compliance roles. Marjorie currently serves as the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance Americas at GEODIS. Marjorie developed standardized investigation protocols, compliance procedures, and ethics policies in Latin America, and implemented a whistleblower hotline to improve transparency and accountability.

Additionally, Marjorie worked as an attorney at Baker & McKenzie, where they supported a global case involving transactions and class actions with Bridgestone Firestone Venezolana, C.A. and Bridgestone Americas.

Marjorie Rossell Ortega has a strong educational background in ethics, compliance, and law. Marjorie obtained a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Legal & Corporate Law from Universidad Metropolitana in 2004. Marjorie also holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universidad de Carabobo, which they obtained in 2001. Additionally, Marjorie has completed the Management Advance Program from IESA.
