Gerardo Otero has extensive experience in systems analysis and management, currently serving as Gerente de Sistemas Back End at Telecom Argentina since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing applications related to appraisal, billing, delinquency, and collections. Otero has been with Telecom Personal since June 2008 as a Senior Functional Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Functional Analyst at Atos from October 2005 to June 2008, where project lifecycle coordination and documentation creation were key duties, as well as a Junior Analyst role for the Marcopolo project in Colombia. Educational qualifications include a degree in Systems Analysis from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a commercial degree from Colegio Privado Bernal.
